By the end of this module, learners will be able to:

✔ Develop a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) charter by identifying a company’s social and environmental impact.

✔ Conduct a sustainability assessment and provide recommendations for improvement.

✔ Understand waste management strategies in coffee shops, including composting and recycling.

✔ Implement an effective recycling system to improve resource efficiency.

✔ Set up a composting network with local farmers or community initiatives.

✔ Recognize the business and environmental benefits of sustainable practices.
