The BARISTA project enhances validation and transparency of Barista training skills through innovative vocational education and training across Europe. It equips learners and educators with practical and theoretical knowledge to meet the growing demand for excellence in the hospitality and coffee sectors. Coordinated by Le Carburateur from France, with partners ITEM from North Macedonia, Centro Servizi Formazione from Italy, Karavan from Türkiye, IEKEP from Greece and INFODEF from Spain, the project develops a comprehensive curriculum, training materials, a digital learning platform, and a practical handbook. These are implemented through blended mobilities, multiplier events, and participatory learning methods. The project supports the professional growth of educators and learners, boosts employability, and contributes to tourism and local economies by promoting quality coffee experiences.
