The BARISTA Project brings together partners from six European countries—France, North Macedonia, Greece, Turkey, Italy, and Spain —to revolutionize barista education and unlock the potential of the coffee industry as a key driver of tourism and economic growth.

This innovative initiative addresses the lack of formal training, certification, and quality standards in the Balkan region by fostering collaboration among tourism professionals, educators, and stakeholders. Together, we are developing a comprehensive training program enriched with modern digital tools, resources, and practical vocational education to equip barista professionals with the skills needed to thrive in the coffee and hospitality industries.
