The BARISTA ECVET Curriculum is designed to enhance the skills and competencies of barista educators and trainers, providing a comprehensive tool that facilitates the transfer and recognition of Learning Outcomes at national and European levels. Composed of two modules: Theory and Practice, each consisting of six lessons, this curriculum serves as a foundation for future recognition, validation, and certification processes.
